PUPPY REFUND

Pitter Patter Puppies offers a partial refund, up to 3 days after Puppy is brought home. Your deposit  is non-refundable. 

If within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the puppy, a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund. The veterinarian must provide a written statement. All transportation and return arrangements are the responsibility of the Buyer. Pitter Patter Puppies does not provide pick-up services.

If the Buyer cannot keep the puppy for any reason, the puppy must be returned to Pitter Patter Puppies and may not be placed in another home without permission. Puppies returned within 3 days will be partially refunded after rehoming. No refund will be issued after 3 days.
